The Warriors Junior Varsity plays a competitive 20+ game schedule against other programs in the region. JV plays against both JV and Varsity teams and against private, public, and homeschool teams. In 2024, the Junior Varsity team finished as Runners-Up in the NCHEAC State Tournament against Varsity competition.

The Junior Varsity is an opportunity for younger players to develop their skills and gain experience in preparation for playing at the varsity level. High School tryouts occur in fall after open workouts. Practice starts early in the new year. Home games have been played at historic Fleming Stadium in Wilson, USA Baseball in Cary, and other local venues.
